Setting Up Your E-mail on Android devices

To access your e-mail on Android devices, use the following steps.

1. Navigate to your app screen and tap 'E-mail'.

2. Under 'Enter sign-in details', enter your e-mail address and password, and tap Next.

3. Tap 'IMAP Account'.

4. Use the following Incoming server settings.

  • Username: Your full e-mail address (ie. youremail@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: Your e-mail password
  • IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com (Replace yourdomain.com with your domain name)
  • Security type: None
  • Port: 143
  • IMAP path prefix: (leave as empty)

5. Use the following Outgoing server settings.

  • SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com (Replace yourdomain.com with your domain name)
  • Security type: None
  • Port: 587
  • Require sign-in: Ensure this is checked
  • Username: Your full e-mail address (ie. youremail@yourdomain.com)
  • Password: Your e-mail password

6. Set the account options to suit your preference, or you can use the default settings.

7. You may give your e-mail account a name. Enter your name in the "Your name" box. This is what others will see as the sender's name when they receive e-mails from you. Tap 'Done' and you are ready to use your new e-mail account.
